Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Manage the complete recruitment process from job posting to employee onboarding.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate recruitment activities.
• Schedule interviews with department managers and hiring teams.
• Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation.
• Coordinate employee orientation and induction programs.
• Build talent pipelines for future hiring requirements.

HR Administration

• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Prepare employment letters, salary certificates, and HR-related correspondence.
• Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and probation evaluations.
• Update HR databases and maintain confidential employee information.
• Ensure proper documentation for employee files and company records.
• Support payroll preparation with accurate employee data.

Employee Relations & Compliance

• Address employee concerns and provide HR guidance.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company HR policies.
• Assist in implementing employee engagement and wellness initiatives.
• Coordinate disciplinary procedures and performance management activities.
• Support internal HR audits and policy implementation.
• Maintain confidentiality in all HR matters.

Training & Organizational Support

• Coordinate employee training and professional development programs.
• Support performance appraisal processes.
• Prepare HR reports, recruitment statistics, and workforce analysis.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing requirements.
• Assist management with HR planning and strategic initiatives.
• Perform additional HR duties assigned by senior management.

Requirements

• Salary: AED 7,000 – AED 15,000 (based on qualifications and experience).
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
• UAE Healthcare experience is preferred.
• Open to Male and Female candidates.
• Arabic language proficiency is highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management systems.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
