Key Responsibilities

Safe Driving & Transportation

• Operate company vehicles safely and responsibly at all times.
• Transport employees, clients, documents, materials, or goods as instructed by management.
• Follow all UAE traffic laws and road safety regulations.
• Drive carefully while maintaining awareness of surrounding traffic and road conditions.
• Ensure passengers and transported items are handled safely.
• Select appropriate routes to reach destinations efficiently and on time.
• Maintain professional and courteous behavior while driving.

Delivery & Collection

• Carry out delivery and collection assignments as instructed.
• Collect documents, parcels, materials, or goods from suppliers, customers, offices, and other locations.
• Deliver items safely to the designated destination.
• Verify delivery documents and obtain signatures or acknowledgements when required.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and collections.
• Ensure company property and goods remain secure during transportation.
• Report any delivery issues or delays to the relevant supervisor.

Vehicle Maintenance

• Conduct basic daily vehicle inspections before operating the vehicle.
• Check fuel level, tires, lights, brakes, oil, water, and other basic vehicle conditions.
• Keep the assigned vehicle clean, presentable, and in good condition.
• Report mechanical problems, accidents, damages, or maintenance requirements immediately.
• Ensure the vehicle is serviced according to the company’s maintenance schedule.
• Maintain vehicle-related documents and records properly.
• Monitor fuel usage and report unusual consumption when required.

Route & Time Management

• Plan routes efficiently based on traffic conditions and assigned schedules.
• Ensure timely arrival at pickup and delivery locations.
• Use GPS and navigation applications when necessary.
• Maintain awareness of alternative routes during traffic congestion.
• Manage multiple transportation assignments efficiently.
• Communicate promptly with supervisors regarding delays or unexpected situations.

Company Support

• Assist with general transportation-related activities as assigned.
• Support office, logistics, sales, procurement, or operations teams with vehicle requirements.
• Transport documents and business materials between company locations.
• Assist with bank, government office, supplier, customer, or other official visits when required.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding company information encountered during transportation.
• Perform other reasonable duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Valid UAE Driving Licence is mandatory.
• Previous driving experience in the UAE is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of UAE roads, highways, and traffic regulations.
• Clean and responsible driving record.
• Good understanding of safe driving practices.
• Ability to use GPS and navigation applications.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Responsible, punctual, reliable, and trustworthy.

• Ability to work independently and manage daily assignments.
