REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Administration in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, hardware, software, and network administration.
• Good understanding of Windows operating systems and common business applications.
• Knowledge of LAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, VPN, routers, switches, and basic network troubleshooting.
• Strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of IT security, antivirus, backups, and system maintenance.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize technical issues.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional attitude with strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
