Requirements:

  • Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

  • Experience:

    • Minimum 2 to 4 years of accounting experience

    • Prior experience in the Real Estate industry is mandatory

  • Technical Skills:

    • Proficient in accounting software and ERP systems

    • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications

  • Knowledge:

    • Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting

    • Familiarity with real estate transactions, escrow accounting, and property revenue recognition

  • Key Competencies:

    • High attention to detail and accuracy

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

    • Excellent organizational and time management abilities

    • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

    • Professional integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality
