Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in the accounting system.
• Record daily financial transactions and ensure proper documentation.
• Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes efficiently.
• Verify invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and supporting documents.
• Perform regular bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Monitor and reconcile supplier and customer accounts.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Maintain general ledger accounts and ensure proper posting of entries.
• Monitor daily expenses, petty cash, and staff advances.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain collection records.
• Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards and company financial policies.
• Assist in VAT-related documentation and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding financial transactions and reporting needs.
• Support internal and external audit processes by providing required documentation.
• Maintain organized filing systems for invoices, receipts, and accounting records.
• Assist management with financial summaries and reporting requirements.
• Identify and report discrepancies in financial records for timely resolution.
• Ensure confidentiality of financial data and company information at all times.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree / Postgraduate in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of UAE accounting experience.
• Must be willing to relocate to Ajman.
• Male candidates only.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial procedures.
• Experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Good understanding of UAE VAT regulations is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
