Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting transactions, including data entry, invoice processing, and payment follow-up.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable functions.
• Perform bank, supplier, and customer reconciliations.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Prepare and maintain general ledger entries and supporting documents.
• Ensure timely and accurate VAT filings and compliance with UAE tax laws.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records.
• Liaise with internal departments and external vendors regarding financial matters.
• Support audits by providing required documentation and explanations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in the UAE.
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and UAE VAT.
• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or ERP systems).
• Good command of MS Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
