Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily administrative and operational activities to ensure smooth office functioning.
• Manage and support Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliation activities.
• Prepare monthly administrative and financial reports with management insights and updates.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning coordination activities.
• Monitor cash flow, operational expenses, and cost tracking procedures.
• Handle inventory coordination, inventory accounting support, and stock-related documentation.
• Ensure compliance with VAT requirements, audit readiness, and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and office documentation.
• Coordinate with finance, procurement, warehouse, and operations departments regarding administrative requirements.
• Assist management with scheduling, reporting, presentations, and internal coordination tasks.
• Process invoices, payments, receipts, and related administrative documentation.
• Utilize accounting and ERP systems such as Tally, Zoho, SAP, or similar software for operational support.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, clients, and internal teams professionally.
• Ensure all office procedures and operational activities are handled efficiently and accurately.
• Perform additional administrative and coordination duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in accounting, finance, or administrative coordination roles.
• CA Inter / ACMA Inter / ACCA / CMA partly qualified candidates are preferred.
• Experience in office furniture, manufacturing, or trading industries is an advantage.
• Hands-on experience with Tally, Zoho, SAP, or similar systems.
• Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
• Good knowledge of financial processes, reporting, and office administration.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
