Role Overview:

• As an Assistant Front Office Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth front office operations and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• You will support the Front Office Manager in supervising the team, handling guest interactions, and maintaining high standards of hospitality excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure seamless check-in and check-out experiences for all guests with a high level of professionalism.

• Monitor front desk operations to ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
• Assist in preparing daily operational reports and performance tracking.
• Maintain a welcoming and professional front office environment at all times.
• Support staff scheduling and ensure proper shift management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Front Office operations in a 4 or 5-star hotel.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) such as Opera or similar systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
