• Ensure full compliance with Incoterms, customs procedures, and UAE import/export regulations.

• Maintain accurate records of shipments, documentation, and customer interactions.

• Provide proactive updates to clients regarding shipment status, delays, and required actions.

• Support the sales and operations team by preparing quotations, assisting with customer onboarding, and maintaining service quality.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent follow-ups and professional support.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in freight forwarding.

• Strong knowledge of import/export operations in the UAE.

• Familiarity with Incoterms and customs procedures.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work effectively under pressure.

• Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to accuracy and timelines.
