Communicate with carriers, agents, and internal departments to ensure smooth cargo movement and timely problem resolution.
Ensure full compliance with Incoterms, customs procedures, and UAE import/export regulations.
Maintain accurate records of shipments, documentation, and customer interactions.
Provide proactive updates to clients regarding shipment status, delays, and required actions.
Support the sales and operations team by preparing quotations, assisting with customer onboarding, and maintaining service quality.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent follow-ups and professional support.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 3+ years of experience in freight forwarding.
Strong knowledge of import/export operations in the UAE.
Familiarity with Incoterms and customs procedures.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work effectively under pressure.
Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to accuracy and timelines.
