Key Responsibilities

  • Collect parcels from the assigned iMile warehouse or hub
  • Deliver packages to customers within assigned delivery routes and timeframes
  • Ensure accurate scanning, tracking, and proof of delivery (POD) using mobile applications
  • Handle Cash on Delivery (COD) transactions when required
  • Verify customer details before delivery and obtain signatures or digital confirmation
  • Maintain daily delivery records and report any failed deliveries or issues
  • Follow traffic rules and company safety guidelines at all times
  • Maintain the assigned vehicle in clean and roadworthy condition (if applicable)
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations teams

Requirements

  • Valid UAE driving license (Light Vehicle preferred for car drivers / Motorcycle license for bike riders)
  • Basic knowledge of UAE roads and delivery areas
  • Ability to use smartphone apps for navigation and scanning
  • Physically fit and able to handle parcel loading/unloading
  • Good communication skills and customer service attitude
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet delivery targets
  • Previous delivery or courier experience is an advantage

Working Conditions

  • 6 days per week (depending on operational needs)
  • Field-based role with daily route assignments
  • Performance-based incentives may apply
