Document Controller Full Time

The Document Controller role in Dubai with Codes Construction suits professionals experienced in construction document management, project documentation control, EDMS platforms, and ISO compliance.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

– Manage, organize, and update project documents in both digital and physical formats
– Maintain document logs, registers, and tracking systems
– Ensure all documents comply with company standards and project requirements
– Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and subcontractors for document submissions
– Handle incoming/outgoing correspondence, drawings, and technical documents
– Support administrative tasks as required

🔹 Requirements

– Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Document Controller (construction industry preferred)
– Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Aconex is an advantage
– Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
– Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
