🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Manage and control electronic and hard-copy project documents

• Implement and maintain document control systems and procedures

• Ensure strict version control and availability of latest approved documents

• Log, track, distribute, and follow up on document reviews and approvals

• Perform quality checks for accuracy, completeness, and compliance

• Generate document control reports and status updates for management

• Maintain audit-ready records from tender stage through project handover

• Coordinate documentation flow with project managers, engineers, consultants, and contractors

• Compile and organize handover documentation including as-built drawings, O&M manuals, warranties, and inspection reports

• Ensure compliance with company standards, ISO, and QA/QC procedures

🔹 You’ll Need

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Information Management, Computer Science, or related field

•8+ years of experience as a Document Controller (construction / infrastructure projects preferred)

• Strong experience with EDMS platforms (Aconex, SharePoint, or similar)

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high document volumes

• Solid understanding of construction terminology and technical documentation

• Excellent communication and coordination skills

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
