HR Assistant Full Time

Hala Builder is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our team in Dubai. This role is essential in supporting the HR department with administrative tasks, recruitment processes, and employee relations. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
• Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases.
• Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying attendance and leave records.
• Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs.
• Assist in handling employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
• Support training and development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Manage HR documentation, including contracts, performance reports, and exit interviews.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Assistant or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
