Key Responsibilities

Employee Lifecycle & Documentation

• Support the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, documentation, and offboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases at all times.
• Respond to employee queries and manage HR-related document requests efficiently.

HR Operations & Compliance

• Coordinate visa, medical insurance, and other employee-related government processes.
• Assist with payroll preparation, attendance tracking, and leave management.
• Ensure full compliance with company policies and UAE labour regulations.
• Assist with HR reports, trackers, and general administrative tasks.

Employee Relations & Performance

• Handle employee relations matters including disciplinary processes, warning letters, investigations, and follow-up actions in line with company policy.
• Coordinate performance management and probation review processes.
• Advise and support management teams on HR-related matters and company policies.

Operations & Engagement

• Attend weekly HOD meetings and work closely with operations teams to support staffing and employee relations matters.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication activities.
• Act as a reliable point of contact for employees and managers across assigned venues.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, preferably within the hospitality or F&B industry; multi-outlet experience is mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR-related education is preferred.
• Strong knowledge and practical understanding of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.
• Hands-on experience in payroll processing, attendance management, and leave administration.
• Experience managing multiple cost centres, entities, and HR operations across multiple outlets.
• High proficiency in HRIS platforms, employee records management, and HR systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to prepare HR reports, dashboards, and data analysis.
• Strong understanding of HR administration, employee lifecycle processes, onboarding, offboarding, and documentation.
• Strong audit mindset, with excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
• Ability to manage HR operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while handling multiple priorities effectively.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a professional, approachable, and service-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work independently, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and maintain high standards of HR service delivery.
