Responsibilities

• Build and manage a pool of qualified contingent workers who align with our company’s requirements to meet business needs and ensure an ongoing supply of qualified individuals.
• Monitor the staffing needs of various departments and coordinate the ramp-up and ramp-down of contingent labor to align with demand, while keeping costs optimized.
• Facilitate assessments, onboarding, and training processes for newly hired contingent workers and ensure that they have the right-to-work documents, receive the necessary information, and training to integrate into their assigned roles.
• Ensure accurate entries in the vendor management system for compliance by maintaining up-to-date records of all contingent worker data, including staff details, allocation, contracted hours, rates, and other relevant information.
• Support conversion of contingent workers to full-time employees, as appropriate, through working with business heads to identify contingent workers who demonstrate exceptional performance and potential for long-term employment and coordinate with relevant HR stakeholders for their deployment to the company.
• Monitor vendor performance and ensuring their adherence to contractual agreements and service level expectations. This includes conducting regular staff compliance review and addressing any issues or concerns that arise.
• Manage work order requests for processing and approval and work closely with talent acquisition and business head to ensure timely processing, approval, and proper allocation of resources.
• Manage any issues or concerns related to misconduct or underperformance among contingent workers. This includes conducting investigations, providing appropriate disciplinary actions or support, and working towards resolution in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
• Coordinate provision of PPE and uniforms to contingent workers, as required by ensuring that contingent workers have access to the necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) and uniforms, in accordance with safety and dress code requirements. This involves coordinating with the uniform teams and vendors.
• Serve as a point of contact for contingent workers to voice their grievances or concerns. Involve actively listening to their feedback, investigating issues, and working towards effective resolution in a fair and timely manner, fostering a positive work environment for all.

Qualifications

Education Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (must have)

Power BI, Smart app, Advanced Excel learning (preferred)

Work Experience

Minimum year of experience: 5 years.

Area of Experience: Previous recruiting and/or HR experience, especially in high volume role
