Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and recruitment needs.
• Post job advertisements across various recruitment platforms and social media channels.
• Conduct candidate screening, reference checks, and interview scheduling.
• Facilitate employee onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Assist in preparing employment contracts, offer letters, and HR correspondence.
• Support employee relations activities and address employee inquiries professionally.
• Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and HR databases.
• Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company regulations.
• Coordinate employee training and development initiatives.
• Support performance management and employee evaluation processes.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and company events.
• Prepare HR reports and recruitment status updates for management.
• Coordinate with government authorities and external service providers when required.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
• Support various administrative and HR-related projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of experience in Dubai’s real estate industry.
• Currently residing in Dubai or Abu Dhabi.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proven recruitment and talent acquisition experience.
• Good understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
