Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day IT operations across all group venues and corporate offices, ensuring POS, reservation, payroll, accounting, and network systems run smoothly and securely.
• Act as the main point of contact for all technology needs across restaurants and hospitality venues, working closely with General Managers and Operations teams to resolve issues quickly.
• Design and implement creative, cost-effective IT solutions tailored to the realities of running standalone restaurants and hospitality venues, rather than one-size-fits-all corporate fixes.
• Demonstrated interest in AI, automation, emerging technologies, and digital innovation, with the ability to identify, evaluate, and implement practical AI and technology solutions that improve business processes, automation, decision-making, and operational efficiency while delivering measurable business value across the group.
• Lead the selection, deployment, and maintenance of POS systems, CCTV, Wi-Fi networks, and back-office software across all outlets.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts and ensuring service levels are met.
• Own the IT budget, procurement, and inventory of hardware and software assets across the group
• Plan and implement IT infrastructure for new venue openings, from pre-opening setup through launch.
• Develop and enforce IT policies, data security protocols, and disaster recovery plans across the organization.
• Partner with Finance, Operations, Marketing, and HR to align technology initiatives with broader business needs, managing multiple stakeholders with competing priorities.
• Provide training and hands-on support to venue staff and management on IT tools and best practices.
• Stay ahead of emerging technology and trends in hospitality, proactively proposing innovative solutions that improve guest experience and operational efficiency.

Qualifications And Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in IT management; experience with standalone restaurants or hospitality operations is a strong plus.
• Solid understanding of POS systems, network infrastructure, and hospitality-specific software (reservations, inventory, accounting).
• Proven track record managing multiple stakeholders across departments and venues.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple sites, projects, and priorities at once.
• Demonstrated ability to think creatively and find practical, out-of-the-box IT solutions to operational challenges.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and contract negotiations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
