Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily accounting entries and financial transactions accurately.
• Maintain proper bookkeeping records and update accounting systems regularly.
• Support Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
• Prepare invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, debit notes, and credit notes.
• Perform marketplace reconciliations for platforms such as Amazon, Noon, and other e-commerce channels.
• Monitor customer payments, supplier balances, and outstanding receivables.
• Support VAT documentation, VAT filing preparation, and financial reporting activities.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and accounting summaries.
• Perform bank reconciliations and verify transaction accuracy.
• Coordinate with operations, sales, and inventory teams regarding financial data and reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate records in accounting software and ERP systems.
• Utilize advanced Excel functions including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and formulas for reporting and analysis.
• Support inventory accounting and stock reconciliation activities when required.
• Maintain organized accounting documentation and filing systems.
• Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and financial procedures.
• Perform additional accounting and finance-related duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Strong Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and formulas.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping procedures.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
• Bonus skills include experience in E-commerce accounting, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or inventory accounting.
• Familiarity with marketplace reconciliation processes is an advantage.
