Key Responsibilities:

• Process daily accounting transactions, payments, and invoices, following the Maker/Checker approval process.
• Perform reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records in Zoho Books and other systems.
• Assist in preparing financial statements and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
• Support tax preparation and ensure adherence to UAE financial and regulatory requirements.
• Update dashboards, maintain documentation, and ensure data accuracy.
• Collaborate with the team to resolve discrepancies and streamline accounting processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2+ years of accounting experience (UAE experience preferred).
• Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) preferred but not mandatory.
• Hands-on experience with accounting software, especially Zoho Books.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Familiarity with UAE WPS (Wage Protection System) regulations and compliance.
• Knowledge of tax documentation preparation and regulatory standards.
• Strong problem-solving skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
