Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparing, reviewing, and maintaining logistics and shipping documents such as delivery notes, invoices, packing lists, and transport records.
Ensure all documents are accurate, complete, and properly filed in both digital and physical formats.
Support coordination of inbound and outbound shipments with logistics teams, drivers, and vendors.
Track shipment status and update records to ensure timely movement of goods.
Maintain organized filing systems for logistics and operational documents for easy retrieval.
Enter logistics-related data into internal systems and spreadsheets accurately.
Coordinate with internal departments to collect and distribute required documents.
Assist in monitoring inventory movements and updating related records.
Support compliance with company procedures and documentation standards.
Report any discrepancies or document issues to supervisors for timely resolution.
Provide general administrative support to the logistics department as required.
Documentation & Office Support
Maintain document control procedures and ensure proper version control of records.
Assist with scanning, copying, and archiving documents as per company policy.
Prepare basic reports and summaries using MS Office tools.
Respond to document or data requests from internal teams in a timely manner.
Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive logistics information.
Skills Required & Eligibility
Must be currently available in Dubai, UAE.
Immediate joining is preferred.
Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and email tools.
Prior experience in a similar logistics or document control role is an advantage.
Freshers with good communication and computer skills are welcome to apply.
