Key Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance the CEO’s personal brand across professional platforms.
• Oversee and maintain the CEO’s LinkedIn presence and executive social media accounts.
• Create engaging content, articles, thought leadership posts, speeches, and social media updates.
• Develop content strategies aligned with the CEO’s professional goals and company objectives.
• Plan and manage content calendars to ensure consistent audience engagement.
• Monitor social media performance and provide analytical reports and recommendations.
• Coordinate media opportunities, interviews, press engagements, and public appearances.
• Build and maintain relationships with media representatives, industry influencers, and stakeholders.
• Organize and support participation in conferences, networking events, and industry functions.
• Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and daily schedule efficiently.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure all logistical arrangements are completed.
• Handle domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
• Prepare presentations, reports, briefing notes, and executive correspondence.
• Record meeting minutes and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.
• Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal or external stakeholders.
• Ensure all confidential information is handled with discretion and professionalism.
• Support strategic projects and special assignments as directed by the CEO.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in PR, Communications, Content Creation, Personal Branding, or Executive Assistance.
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Proven experience managing LinkedIn profiles and executive social media accounts.
• Strong understanding of personal branding, content marketing, and public relations strategies.
