Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the HR and Public Relations departments.
• Maintain and update employee records, personnel files, and HR documentation accurately.
• Assist with recruitment activities, including candidate coordination, interview scheduling, and onboarding processes.
• Support new employee induction and orientation programs.
• Handle PR documentation and coordinate with government departments and authorities.
• Assist with visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and status changes.
• Support labor card processing, Emirates ID applications, and other employment-related procedures.
• Coordinate licensing documentation and ensure timely renewals of company permits and approvals.
• Prepare reports, official letters, memos, and internal communications.
• Maintain organized filing systems for HR and PR documents.
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding employee documentation and compliance requirements.
• Track deadlines for visas, licenses, labor documents, and company registrations.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and government regulations.
• Assist management with administrative reports and documentation requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee records and company information.
• Perform additional HR, PR, and administrative duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

• UAE National (Family Book required).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to multitask efficiently and manage multiple priorities.
• HR or PR experience is an advantage.
• Good understanding of administrative procedures and documentation processes.
• Professional attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
