Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Manage the reception area and ensure it is always clean, organized, and presentable.
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls to appropriate departments.
• Handle inquiries from clients, customers, and walk-in visitors efficiently.
• Maintain visitor logs and ensure proper sign-in and security procedures are followed.
• Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage meeting room bookings.
• Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, documents, and courier deliveries.
• Coordinate outgoing couriers and ensure timely dispatch of documents.
• Provide administrative support to management and internal departments.
• Assist in preparing basic reports, documents, and data entry tasks.
• Maintain office supplies and coordinate replenishment when required.
• Support the sales or real estate team with client coordination and follow-ups.
• Handle basic customer service tasks and ensure a positive client experience.
• Maintain confidentiality of company and client information at all times.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day front office operations.
• Assist HR and administration teams with documentation and onboarding support when required.
• Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal staff as needed.
• Maintain professional communication standards at all times.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a Receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role is required.
• Real estate industry experience is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.

• Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment efficiently.

Work Schedule
