Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the company’s daily accounting operations and financial activities.
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Ensure all accounting records are maintained in compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Supervise general ledger activities, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting processes.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll support, and cash flow monitoring.
• Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to support business objectives.
• Implement effective cost control measures and analyze operational expenses to improve profitability.
• Conduct detailed financial analysis and provide recommendations to management for strategic decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with UAE accounting regulations, VAT requirements, and financial reporting standards.
• Coordinate and support internal and external audit activities.
• Monitor project costs, production costs, and operational expenditures, particularly in industrial and construction-related environments.
• Prepare management reports highlighting financial performance, risks, and opportunities.
• Review financial transactions and ensure proper documentation and authorization procedures are followed.
• Coordinate with banks, auditors, government authorities, suppliers, and customers regarding financial matters.
• Mentor and supervise junior accounting staff to ensure accuracy and efficiency in accounting operations.
• Perform additional finance and accounting responsibilities assigned by senior management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of accounting experience.
• Experience in Construction, Ready-Mix, Crusher, Manufacturing, Industrial, or related sectors is preferred.
• Strong expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Sound knowledge of UAE accounting regulations, VAT compliance, and financial reporting requirements.
• UAE Driving License is preferred.
• Strong analytical and management reporting capabilities.
• Excellent understanding of accounting principles, financial controls, and audit procedures.
• Proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.
