Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Coordinate employee onboarding, orientation, and induction programs for new hires.
• Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law and company HR policies and procedures.
• Handle employee relations matters and provide guidance on workplace concerns and HR-related issues.
• Assist in performance management processes, employee evaluations, and development plans.
• Monitor employee attendance, leave management, and timekeeping records.
• Support payroll preparation by maintaining accurate employee data and documentation.
• Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, warning letters, and other HR-related correspondence.
• Coordinate employee training and professional development initiatives.
• Assist with employee engagement programs, welfare activities, and company events.
• Manage HR reports, employee statistics, and workforce planning documentation.
• Support visa processing, labor documentation, and employee administrative requirements.
• Liaise with government authorities and service providers regarding employment-related matters.
• Ensure confidentiality of employee information and HR records at all times.
• Assist in implementing HR strategies that support organizational goals and employee satisfaction.
• Support internal audits and ensure HR documentation remains accurate and compliant.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of HR experience within the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
• Experience with recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration.
• Familiarity with MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP, and other UAE government portals is considered a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Professional, confidential, and detail-oriented approach to work.
• Ability to manage sensitive employee information with discretion and integrity.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Experience using HR software, HRIS systems, and employee management platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively within a team environment.
• UAE Driving License is preferred.
