Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Bookkeeping

• Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping.
• Process daily accounting entries and journal transactions.
• Record invoices, receipts, payments, and expense vouchers.
• Maintain the General Ledger and supporting documents.
• Verify financial transactions before posting.
• Ensure accounting records are complete and up to date.

Financial Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare and organize accounting reports and financial records.
• Maintain proper documentation for audits and compliance.
• Assist with monthly financial reporting and reconciliations.
• Prepare payment records and expense summaries.
• Organize accounting files for easy retrieval.
• Support management with financial information when required.

Office Administration

• Handle general office administration tasks efficiently.
• Assist with day-to-day office operations.
• Maintain office documentation and filing systems.
• Coordinate internal administrative activities.
• Support management with routine office duties.
• Ensure smooth communication between departments.

Customer, Logistics & Supplier Coordination

• Communicate professionally with customers regarding orders and payments.
• Coordinate with logistics providers for shipment arrangements.
• Arrange DHL and other courier shipments.
• Track deliveries and ensure timely dispatch.
• Collect quotations from suppliers.
• Negotiate competitive pricing with vendors while maintaining good relationships.

Data Entry & Record Management

• Perform accurate data entry into QuickBooks Desktop and company records.
• Maintain organized digital and physical documentation.
• Update customer, supplier, and inventory records.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Prepare reports from accounting software when required.
• Support continuous improvement of office and accounting processes.

Requirements

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping.
• UAE accounting experience is mandatory.
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Desktop (Mandatory).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Good negotiation and customer service skills.
• High attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Responsible, reliable, and committed to meeting deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office applications is an advantage.
