• Maintain safe driving practices in residential, commercial, and highway areas.
• Observe speed limits, traffic signals, road signs, and parking regulations.
• Avoid dangerous driving practices and maintain proper road discipline.
• Adjust driving according to traffic, weather, and road conditions.
• Ensure passengers use seat belts and follow applicable safety requirements.
• Report accidents, traffic incidents, or safety concerns immediately.

Customer Service

• Provide professional and friendly customer service.
• Greet passengers courteously and communicate clearly.
• Respond politely to customer questions and requests.
• Maintain a clean, respectful, and comfortable environment inside the vehicle.
• Handle customer concerns calmly and report serious complaints to the supervisor.
• Protect customer privacy and maintain confidentiality.
• Treat all passengers fairly and professionally.

Vehicle Care & Maintenance

• Keep the assigned taxi clean, hygienic, and presentable.
• Perform basic daily vehicle checks before starting work.
• Check tires, lights, brakes, fuel level, air conditioning, and other basic vehicle conditions.
• Report mechanical problems or maintenance requirements promptly.
• Ensure the vehicle is serviced according to the required schedule.
• Maintain vehicle documents and inspection records as required.
• Keep the vehicle ready for passenger service throughout the working period.

Daily Operations

• Follow assigned working schedules and reporting procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of trips and other required operational information.
• Use approved taxi meters, payment systems, or company applications correctly.
• Collect fares accurately and provide receipts when required.
• Handle cash and electronic payments responsibly.

• Use GPS and navigation applications effectively.

• Stay updated on road diversions, construction zones, and traffic changes.
• Plan journeys to minimize unnecessary delays.
• Communicate expected delays to passengers when appropriate.

Requirements

• Valid UAE driving licence appropriate for the assigned taxi vehicle.
• Previous professional driving experience is preferred.
• Taxi, limousine, transport, or delivery driving experience is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of UAE roads and traffic regulations.
• Clean and responsible driving record.
