Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.
• Handle bookkeeping activities including journal entries, ledger updates, and transaction recording.
• Prepare invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, debit notes, and credit notes.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently.
• Perform regular bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial transactions.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, reports, and management summaries.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Maintain proper accounting documentation and organized filing systems.
• Utilize Tally for accounting entries, reporting, and financial management activities.
• Use advanced MS Excel functions for reporting, reconciliation, and data analysis.
• Assist with VAT documentation, tax support, and audit preparation activities.
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, auditors, and internal departments regarding accounting matters.
• Monitor company expenses and support budgeting and cost-control activities.
• Ensure compliance with company accounting procedures and financial regulations.
• Maintain confidentiality of company financial information and accounting records.
• Perform additional accounting and finance-related duties assigned by management.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in a similar accounting role within the GCC region (Mandatory).
• In-depth knowledge of MS Excel and Tally (Mandatory).
• Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping procedures.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Professional attitude with strong teamwork capabilities.
