Key Responsibilities

Accounts Receivable Management

• Manage the complete Accounts Receivable (AR) cycle from invoicing to payment collection.
• Prepare and issue customer invoices, debit notes, and credit notes accurately.
• Monitor customer outstanding balances and follow up on overdue payments.
• Maintain accurate customer ledgers and receivable records.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Prepare aging reports and monitor collection performance.

Financial Reporting

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly receivable reports.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and management reports.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Monitor cash collections and update financial records accordingly.
• Analyze customer payment trends and identify collection risks.
• Prepare cash flow reports related to receivables.

Reconciliation & Compliance

• Perform regular customer account reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and financial procedures.
• Maintain proper documentation for all receivable transactions.
• Assist with internal and external audits by providing required financial records.
• Support VAT documentation and financial compliance activities where applicable.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer financial information.

Coordination & Customer Support

• Coordinate with customers regarding invoices, payments, and account statements.
• Work closely with the sales and operations teams to resolve billing issues.
• Respond professionally to customer inquiries related to outstanding balances.
• Support management with financial analysis and collection updates.
• Perform additional accounting and administrative duties assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 4 years of established experience in accounting or finance.
• Strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
• Excellent understanding of accounting principles and reconciliation procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software or ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Candidates must currently be available in Bahrain with a valid Bahrain CPR.
• A valid Bahrain driving license is preferred.
• Ability to work independently while meeting reporting deadlines.
