Key Responsibilities

Safe Transportation

• Safely transport company employees, management, visitors, documents, or materials as assigned.
• Follow all applicable traffic laws and road safety regulations.
• Drive responsibly and maintain a high standard of road safety at all times.
• Plan routes efficiently to ensure timely arrivals and deliveries.
• Use navigation systems and local road knowledge to select suitable routes.
• Avoid unnecessary delays and ensure transportation schedules are followed.
• Maintain professional behavior when dealing with passengers, customers, and other road users.

Vehicle Maintenance

• Maintain the assigned vehicle in a clean, safe, and roadworthy condition.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after journeys.
• Check essential items such as tires, brakes, lights, oil, coolant, and fuel levels.
• Report mechanical problems or vehicle defects immediately.
• Coordinate vehicle servicing and maintenance when required.
• Ensure the vehicle is regularly cleaned and maintained to company standards.
• Keep all vehicle-related documents properly organized and available when required.

Delivery & Collection Support

• Collect and deliver documents, materials, packages, or other items as instructed.
• Verify delivery information before leaving the company premises.
• Obtain signatures or delivery confirmations when required.
• Handle company property and materials carefully during transportation.
• Report delivery discrepancies, delays, or issues to the supervisor.
• Ensure items are delivered to the correct destination within the required timeframe.
• Maintain proper records of assigned deliveries and collections.

Daily Transportation Duties

• Follow the daily driving schedule and assigned routes.
• Arrive at designated locations on time.
• Coordinate with supervisors regarding transportation requirements.
• Assist with airport transfers, office visits, meetings, business errands, or other company transportation needs.
• Remain available for additional driving assignments based on operational requirements.
• Support urgent transportation requests whenever required.

Vehicle Safety & Compliance

• Carry a valid driving license and required vehicle documents.

• Maintain a safe and professional driving record.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of vehicle trips, fuel usage, mileage, and maintenance where required.
• Submit daily or periodic vehicle reports to management.
• Maintain records of deliveries, collections, and transportation activities.
• Report fuel, maintenance, or operational issues promptly.
• Ensure all vehicle documents remain properly maintained.
• Provide accurate information regarding assigned journeys and transportation activities.

Professional Conduct

• Maintain a professional, polite, and trustworthy attitude.
• Respect company policies and passenger confidentiality.
• Handle company information and documents responsibly.
• Maintain professional appearance and personal hygiene.
• Communicate clearly with supervisors, employees, customers, and suppliers.

Requirements

• Valid driving license appropriate for the assigned vehicle.
• Previous professional driving experience is preferred.
