Key Responsibilities

Executive Transportation

• Safely transport the company owner and senior management to meetings, appointments, airports, hotels, business events, and other destinations.
• Ensure passengers arrive at their destinations safely and punctually.
• Provide a comfortable and professional transportation experience.
• Assist with entering and exiting the vehicle when reasonably required.
• Remain available according to the executive’s daily schedule.
• Maintain professionalism and discretion during all journeys.

Route Planning & Time Management

• Plan efficient and practical routes to ensure punctual arrivals.
• Use GPS and navigation applications to monitor traffic and identify alternative routes.
• Maintain strong knowledge of Dubai roads, highways, business districts, airports, residential areas, and major destinations.
• Monitor traffic conditions and adjust routes when necessary.
• Allow sufficient travel time for meetings and appointments.
• Inform management promptly about unexpected delays or road conditions.

Vehicle Care & Maintenance

• Maintain the assigned vehicle in excellent and clean condition at all times.
• Carry out routine daily vehicle inspections.
• Check tires, lights, brakes, fuel, air conditioning, and other basic vehicle functions.
• Report mechanical problems or maintenance requirements immediately.
• Arrange vehicle servicing, repairs, inspections, and maintenance when required.
• Ensure the vehicle is properly fueled and ready before scheduled journeys.
• Maintain vehicle documents and service records properly.

Errands & Management Support

• Assist with occasional errands and other tasks assigned by management.
• Collect or deliver documents, parcels, business materials, or personal items when required.
• Assist with airport transfers and luggage handling.
• Support management with transportation-related arrangements.
• Maintain flexibility when schedules or destinations change unexpectedly.
• Perform other reasonable duties assigned by management.

Safety & Compliance

• Strictly comply with UAE traffic laws and road safety regulations.
• Maintain safe and responsible driving practices at all times.
• Follow speed limits, traffic signals, parking regulations, and other applicable road rules.
• Maintain a safe driving record and report any incidents immediately.
• Ensure the vehicle is operated responsibly and securely.
• Prioritize passenger safety during every journey.

Confidentiality & Professionalism

• Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion regarding company and personal information.
• Avoid discussing private conversations, meetings, schedules, or business activities with unauthorized individuals.
• Maintain a professional appearance and respectful behavior.
• Demonstrate punctuality, reliability, honesty, and trustworthiness.
• Maintain appropriate boundaries when working closely with company management.
• Handle sensitive situations calmly and professionally.

Requirements

• Valid UAE Driving License.
• Minimum 3 years of driving experience in the UAE.
• Good knowledge of Dubai and UAE roads.
• Previous experience as an Executive Driver, Personal Driver, Family Driver, or similar role is an advantage.
• Safe driving record with no major traffic violations.
• Professional appearance and courteous personality.
• Punctual, trustworthy, discreet, and responsible.
• Basic English communication skills are required.
• Additional language skills are an advantage.
• Good knowledge of GPS and navigation applications.
• Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and inspections.
• Flexible to work overtime or weekends when required.
• Ability to manage changing schedules and priorities.
