Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department.
• Maintain and update employee records, files, and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Support recruitment activities including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding coordination.
• Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR-related documentation.
• Assist with employee onboarding and orientation programs.
• Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and related HR documentation.
• Coordinate employee visa, labor, and administrative processes when required.
• Support employee relations activities and respond to staff inquiries professionally.
• Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures across the organization.
• Ensure employee records comply with company policies and legal requirements.
• Maintain confidential personnel files and HR reports.
• Coordinate training programs and employee development initiatives.
• Assist with performance appraisal and employee evaluation processes.
• Prepare HR reports, presentations, and management updates.
• Support payroll administration by coordinating employee data and attendance records.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement programs and company events.
• Coordinate with government authorities and external service providers when necessary.
• Perform general administrative duties to support HR operations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Human Resources, Administration, or a similar role.
• Previous experience supporting recruitment and HR administration activities is preferred.
• Familiarity with employee lifecycle management processes.
• Experience handling confidential employee information with professionalism.

Key Requirements

• Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
• Experience in employee records management and HR documentation.
• Knowledge of recruitment coordination and onboarding procedures.
• Familiarity with UAE Labour Law and employment regulations.
