Requirements

• At least 2 years of HR experience in the UAE healthcare sector.
• Previous experience as an HR Assistant, HR Coordinator, or similar position is preferred.
• Knowledge of general HR administration and employee lifecycle processes.
• Experience supporting recruitment and onboarding activities.
• Good knowledge of employee documentation and HR record management.
• Familiarity with attendance and leave administration.
• Basic understanding of payroll support activities.
