Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.
• Handle bookkeeping activities including journal entries, ledger updates, and transaction recording.
• Prepare invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and other accounting documents.
• Perform regular bank reconciliations and verify financial transactions for accuracy.
• Maintain and update the general ledger with accurate accounting entries.
• Assist in preparing financial reports, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records and accounting data.
• Utilize Tally and MS Excel for accounting, reporting, and reconciliation tasks.
• Coordinate with internal departments and management regarding financial transactions and reporting.
• Support audit activities by preparing required financial documents and reports.
• Ensure compliance with company accounting procedures and financial regulations.
• Assist in budgeting, expense monitoring, and financial analysis activities.
• Perform additional accounting and finance-related duties assigned by management.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in a similar accounting role within the GCC (Mandatory).
• In-depth knowledge of MS Excel and Tally (Mandatory).
• Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines efficiently.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
